PRIVACY: A Tech / Easy Living Store / BEAM TEAM will not sell, trade, or rent your electronically provided personal information to others. We will use your email address to contact you if we have a question on your order. If you select the Newsletter option, we will occasionally advise our email customers of special sales. If at anytime you do not want to receive these emails, just reply and let us know that you want your name deleted.
ORDER PROCESSING: Please verify your credit card and billing information prior to submitting your order. If the information is incorrect or incomplete it may result in a delay or possible cancellation of your order. Please provide a contact number where you can be reached between 9-5 CST if we have questions regarding your order.
If an item has more than one color available and a preference is not listed in the NOTES section of the order process, the order will be delayed until contact has been made with the customer and a color selection made.
Items to note when completing your information:
- List a color in the NOTES section of the order process if more than one color is available.
- Shipping address is where your merchandise will be sent.
- Billing address is the address where your credit card statement is sent.
- Verify zip code is accurate for the billing and ship to address.
- Verify credit card number and CVV code are correct.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping in both directions. Call us first to set up the exchange 800-287-3279.
RETURNS: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date the product was received. The item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging. Refunds will be minus the shipping charges. Call first to notify us of the return 800-287-3279. Items can only be returned if the product is in its original condition. Items returned in less than ideal condition will be subject to a restocking fee. Items can be shipped back to A Tech or brought back to the Des Moines retail location.
When shipping items back to the store, please include a copy of the yellow carbon receipt issued to you, or the yellow carbon receipt number. Please follow the format below for the return shipping label. Repackage the item in the same fashion it was shipped to you and mail to.
